Hi Sandra, HS Esslingen does not offer a course in Medical Microbiology.
Also, I have not come across any univ that offers the course. You may have to look for a broader course. Let me know what alternative subject you are interested in. Or if you are interested in any other country than Germany, do let me know to.

Giving away any lesson would not be possible on this portal, as Shiksha is a platform where you can gain information related to a particular course or a career and the various institutes related to it. But the kind of information you are in need of may not be possible to get through here.
But if you are keen to pursue a career in Hardware, definitely this is one of the most in demand careers under IT and will remain one of the most sought after.

I would say that in every region and under every Entrance Examination there are few good Universities few average and few are low rung so it is not the Examination which is good or bad but the Institute from where you are going to get your degree and your success will depend on how you perform on the program. Few of the Institutes under RPET are: Engineering College, Bikaner, Ajmer Institute of Technology, Laxmi Devi of Engineering & Technology, Gyan Vihar School of Engineering & Technology, Jaipur Engineering College, Jagannath Gupta Institute of Engineering & Technology, Kautilya Institute of Technology & Engineering, Jodhpur Engi

That is a personal problem for which shiksha may not have an answer. Options are leave your family here or let your family accompany you. In this world, where internet, web cam, mobile communication video conferencing with assistance from skype and yahoo messenger, distance may not be a barrier. In fact this is not a problem faced only by you, but thousands of NRIs.
