if you want to prepare on your own, I would suggest start using Trishna for Quants, Nishit K Sinha for LRDI and Arun sharma+norman lewis for Verbal. If you can, try taking the correspondance course offered by TIME and do it fully. That would do the needful. Besides all this, keep tracking your performance by taking time bound CAT mock tests available on Shiksha.

HI Saumitra, the next one being in SEp/Oct 2012 the deadline is 15 Jan 2012. So you can begin the process around oct/Nov in 2011.
The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly.

With subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Computers, the chances of getting in computer engineering is low as having studied Maths is mandatory but still you have other options too like opting for BCA can be a good career option if you are keen to pursue a career in IT stream.
Also other than BCA, you may look for the courses like BBA, B.Com, BBI, B.A., Animation & Multimedia and many more.
It will entirely depend on your area of interest and career preference; on the basis of which you may decide a particular course out of the several options available.

HI Sayali, the minimum percentage required by Medical Council of India to issue eligibility certificate to students willing to study MBBS abroad is 50% !!!
So it will be difficult for you to pursue it abroad. you can opt for other courses in India.

Shailendra, You'll have to appear in CAT(Common Admission Test) , then on qualifying it you'll have to apply for IIFT. The forms can be taken from IIFT counter, Delhi or you can also obtain the form by sending a request to IIFT for the application form or you can also apply online.A demand draft of Rs. 1500, for Candidates that belong to the General Caste, Rs. 750 for candidates that belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe and Rs. 3000 for candidates that are NRI or children of NRI, favoring Indian Institute of Foreign Trade payable at Delhi has to be made by the candidates.
