The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.

Shailendra, You'll have to appear in CAT(Common Admission Test) , then on qualifying it you'll have to apply for IIFT. The forms can be taken from IIFT counter, Delhi or you can also obtain the form by sending a request to IIFT for the application form or you can also apply online.A demand draft of Rs. 1500, for Candidates that belong to the General Caste, Rs. 750 for candidates that belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe and Rs. 3000 for candidates that are NRI or children of NRI, favoring Indian Institute of Foreign Trade payable at Delhi has to be made by the candidates. Or payment by credit card can also be made.
The admission process for IIFT if as follow:

2. Essay-Writing
3. Group Discussion
4. Interview
For Foreign students General Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) is must.
