Hi Akhil, I suppose you are pursuing the course in India. Are you planning to look for a job in Australia upon completion of the course or in India ?
If you wish to know about the subject's scope in Australia then it is demand currently but one can not predict if it will remain so by the time you complete your course. It is also depends on which field under this broad category you opt for and what kind of companies you target while looking for a job. Hence, it is again difficult to predict how much you can salary you can draw as the hard work is in your hands.

Hi Priya, as Psychology is a clinical course, it may be a possibility that you will need to clear the exam or register with the psychological society of Malaysia / Singapore.
If not then you can go for courses in Counselling. If you can wait and clear these first then go ahead.
If not, then for clinical courses my recommendation would be to stay in India.
singapore : NUS, NTU, SMU
Malaysia : Univ of Malaya, Univ of Nottingham, Malaysia, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
