It's not possible to complete any 3-year degree course in 2 years either in regular or distance. I suggest you to complete three years studies in any particular subject as it will help you in the future. In case your searching for 2 years degree you have an option of lateral entry to the course, where you need to have basic requirements for the same to qualify. I suggest you to do BA Political Science for 3 years that will help you.

M.Sc with computer Science or IT is better than MCA. MCA is a 3 year programme where as M.Sc. Computer Science is a 2 year programme. MCA covers the software and its application related field. M.Sc. Your question is bit tricky to understand. I will try to solve at my level. If you are saying that is it possible to get admission in CS after completing diploma, the answer is yes, you will get admission in direct second year of engineering in CS branch. Also if you wish to change your branch in engineering then you can change it.

For lateral entry, you have to ask college authorities for there vacant seats in second year. If any seats are available, then definitely you'll get admission.
