Although, doing a regular MBA program is always advisable, but if you can not not go for full time program then the next best option would be part time. However, the fee structure of the good part time Institutes like NMIMS or S.P. Jain etc. would always be on higher side. I would suggest you to go for govt. Instiitutes who are providing MBA like Mumbai University as these institutes will have relatively lesser course fee.

U seem to be really confused abt Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).
MBA and PGDM is one and the same, the only difference is that MBA is provided by University affiliated colleges and a PGDM is offered by colleges which is AICTE (All India Council For Technical Education) approved, the course curriculum is almost the same for both these programs. In short these programs have the same market value. ITM Business School offers 2 years full time AICTE approved PGDM programs, in the first year you will do General Management subjects and in the second year you can specialize in
