Hi Kuldeep,
What i could gauge from your query that you have done your schooling from Open School as there is no such provision to have courses like office Management & Secetarial Practice in regular schools. However, graduation in these subjects would be rarely available in distance learning Institutes, but I would suggest you to check with the Open Universities if you could find graduation in these subject areas. Few of the Open Universities you can look at:
Indira Gandhi National Open University
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University
Kota Open University
Nalanda Open University
Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University

Hi Manoj,
First of all I would like to clarify that corrrespondence program generally don't provide placements & Secondly I would suggest that if you are a fresher you should try to go for a regular MBA rather than correspondence as regular MBA will hold good value in the job market & almost all the regular B-Schools gives placements. Correspondence programs are generally for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience and just want to have a degree for a career jump.
However, if you want to go for correspondence program, most of them will give you weekend classes (mostly on Sundays) & fee structure of correspond
