You definitely do have a chance of getting admission. The only problem you might face would be the severe competition in terms of high percentages i.e. 80% and above. In this case, i would recommend you to contact past alumni from the same program and consult them about your chances of admission in the program. If they feel you do not have very high chances, i would recommend taking the GMAT and score a 650+. Even though the GMAT is not required by the university for this particular program, you would only be adding value to your profile by scoring a decent score.

For this course requirement is 60-70% in the bachelors degree since you have got 61% and you also did BA(H) + PG Diploma so you have a upper hand here however the final decision for giving admission is depend on the institute also if you score 7 bands in IELTS then the chances are high as they ask for 6.5 bands. My suggestion is just try there and you have fair chance to get an admission if you score good in IELTS.

Although, International School of Business Studies is not approved by AICTE or UGC but the degree provided by the Institute is through PTU & Bharathiar University which are either AICTE or UGC approved.
