scopewise there is no difference in integrated mba and the second option. Its just the difference of time. whereas integrated mba is of 5 years, the second option will take an individual 6 years to complete. also in the second option a candidate has to write the entrances again, put in applications and many more troubles. Integrated MBA is beneficial in the sense that you wont be taught technical things just from a technology perspective but also from a managerial dimension. Hence its more aligned to the current insudtry.
