Its good to know that you wish to be a CEO of a company, please note that to be at such a high post you need to have required qualification and work experience.
So you should pursue course like:
Business management, economics, finance etc at undergraduate level, once your graduation is completed you should work for 3-4 years and gain relevant and knowledgeable work experience, and then you should pursue MBA form some top B-school of the world.
So with good qualification and work experience you will surely get a job in a good company, and once you are in a job its your commitment towards work and hard work which will help you to get good position.

I could understand only that you have passed 12 but do not know in science or arts or commerce
you can join certain courses as BA B SC B COM BBM BCA BE BHM B PHARMA or so many courses . same time if you wants to join some government jobs like bank clerk staff selection commission and so many state and central jobs as indian air force income tax and other so many as per your need you can do
if any specific question pl confirm I know you can do lot for your required as you know you have lot of will power than only you could pass 12 th . do not worry have patient and do as per your need desire and background so that you can have your career bright. all the best .best of luck dear

CCNA is the starting step towards Networking line for more enhancement u must have to some more Certifications. R u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the OS which is running in Industry like Linux, for that u can opt RHCE & RHCSS
