M.tech (Electronic & communication) is 1 option There r 2 ways of Pursuing M.TECH 1ST THE general way 2 yrs course with 4 semester (which i m very sure u r already aware of)
2nd way is M.Tech (through Research Mode) (the way PHD is done ) in this mode there r no writen examination students has to write the thesis & submit he same to the university after the thesis has been submitted , student may be called for viva voce & if found satisfactory the degree of M.techin electronic & comm through research mode is awarded to the student there r very few universities in India offering this Mode of M.Tech I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS RESEA

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree.
