The duration of graduation courses in India is 3 years. Only the duration of engineering course is 4 years. After completing your graduation, you can appear for entrance exams like, CAT MAT or XAT. After qualifying any of these, you can take admission in a college to pursue MBA.

In terms of career prospects, the USA is far better than Canada and is one of the favorite educational destination for students, but Canada is also a preferred by international students and prospects are also high for electrical engineers. The cost of education is less in Canada as compared to the USA. Now as per your academics, you can choose any of the countries to pursue your higher education.

After completing your engineering, you can go for higher studies like - M.Tech, M.Sc or MBA etc.
But if you want to get a job, then you have many options available like -
There are many jobs available for engineers in Indian Government.
You can apply for Railway RRB JE or SSE Exams or SSC junior Engineer Exams etc.
