Hi Bhumika,
What you want to study is a choice you have to make independently. Please understand your own interests and requirements. You have a good academic grade so try for a highly ranked university like University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, McGill University, University of Victoria and so on. For a course listing you may check the study abroad section of Shiksha, please check the programs and requirements and decide.
