No, as per the orders dated 20.09.2016 of Supreme court the vacant all India quota seats will not be transferred to state quota till any further order .

It depends on the profile that you wish to work in, i.e marketing, operations, finance, HR, etc. If your aim is to join a car company directly from a B-School, then you can specialize in operations, marketing or HR as these are the roles that such companies usually offer to B-School graduates.

For verbal ability, cracking the reading comprehension is absolutely critical. To be able to do so, read a good newspaper like the Economic Times thoroughly every day. It will not only help you improve your RC and vocab, it will help you tremendously during your GDPI process during which your GK is tested. Also work on your vocabulary. Dear Pooja,
If you want to learn foreign language then go for regular or weekend mode because through that you can understand the concept, culture and pronunciation better.
For that you can go to Cervantes de, Delhi in CP which is an affiliated college of embassy and gives you the right tools to learn in and they also have a weekend batch.
