Its not possible to do MCA regular with job and if you manage to get admission in any university somehow then it will become very difficult to follow the syllabus.
I am a student of MCA and i know how much study pressure we have like classes from 9 am to 5 pm and then assignment and other programing stuff.
So from my point of view do MCA from distance if you don't wanna leave your job MCA with distance have equal value compared to regular if you manage to get job in any programing related field means you will get three years of working experience and which company wants to waste time on training students they will definitely prefer a experienced person. .:)
Trying to say that don't get confused just for the sake of regular or distance many students with regular degree of MCA are still in search of job due to lack of experience and talent.
But i will also add here that i am not saying about any kind of job. (like MCA degree with BPO job is not valuable but MCA degree with work experiance in JAVA programing or PHP or C++ or .NET have good value)
