Only RHCSA will not lead to very prospective job as a fresher. RHCSA will lead to u in client side network setup as a LAN. For completing the network u must aware of some Network Servers like DNS, Apache, FTP, NFS, SAMBA, Mail Server, LDAP Server and many more. For that u must go for RHCE as well. Hi,
Yes you can definitely go for it. In the case of two degrees at a time, it is advisable to go for 1 regular and 1 distance or both through correspondence.
I would also suggest you to speak to the Delhi University officials for better guidance.

In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.Plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT,MAT,XAT,etc.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
