As a XII pass out, you can look for Clerical jobs in banks. For the same, you need to write an entrance exam.
It is advisable that you pick a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and then go for Bank Probationary Officer exams in order to have brighter prospects both in terms of designation and salary package.

You are absolutely on the right path of building your career, as it is always advisable to work for 2-3 years after graduation and then opt for MBA from abroad.
Moreover, all the good universities abroad requires atleast 2-3 years of work experience after graduation for admission in their MBA program.
You have a good academic and professional background, so a good score in GMAT and IELTS will surely make you eligible to pursue MBA from good universities in Canada.
