After Diploma you may join lateral B.Tech course, i.e., direct entry into the second year which will provide you various career opportunities.

To pursue Bachelor's in Science (B.Sc) you need to pass plus two with Science subject such as Biology, Maths and Chemistry. So, it would be advisable to first complete your schooling (plus two) in order to pursue any degree course or apply for a job.

It will be difficult to give you the exact GRE score required, as requirement of score depends from course to course. Though GRE average 1200-1300 and TOEFL 85-90+ is usually preferred and IELTS min 6-7 bands.
