Hi,
Ideally you should stick by your domain since a completely new and unconventional choice can make it difficult for you to have a good start.
However, if you are strongly inclined for a career in Event Management, then you can pick either a short term course or MBA.
Feel free to discuss further.

Hi,
Going by your work experience, I can suggest you with a degree program in Human Services as that relates to your work profile.
MBA is another good option that can help. Else if you want to work as an HR, then I may suggest you to pick few short term courses that can enhance your career path.

Hi,
One year MBA is neither offered nor valid for higher studies or jobs.
You can opt for graduation in a relevant discipline through distance mode and complete minimum 3-4 years of experience and thereafter pick 1 year Executive MBA.
As you are a Diploma holder, you can pick MBA from I.G.N.O.U-
Non-graduates (10+2 or equivalent) with six years of managerial/ supervisory/ professional experience are eligible for taking admission into Diploma in Management only after clearing the entrance test.
Feel free to discuss further.

They usually have a cut-off based on the applications received, but GBS also considers your profile(other marks, performance in GD/PI/TAT etc, work ex if any). It is a good institute in Kolkata so you have to score high in MAT and good in CAT. For more details on b-schools in Kolkata or whole of India mail us at: getconsultednow@rediffmail.com. Best wishes
