If you are planning to do a full time MBA or EMBA program then you need to have graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks. However, you can apply to the Part time and Distance education programs as you have good amount of work experience to show along with your diploma.

No, admission in this university will be difficult. Even though you have impressive academic credentials, your GRE score is fairly on the lower side with regards to the university's GRE requirements. If you want admission in this university or any other top university, you need to retake the GRE and score above 1300 atleast.
