Its better to take 1-2 years of job experience before CAT. Prior job experience will help you too get the basics of work culture in the corporate world. There is no as such right time for starting CAT preparation. Earliest you join, better it is. Along with a good coaching institute do join a good test series to get your performance evaluated on regular basis. Dedicate hard work with consistent performance will definitely help you to crack CAT and other MBA entrance exams.
