You definitely can do MBA through Government Colleges. However, as far as placements are concerned, more than the college I would say the placements depend on an individual's Capabilities, his performance on the programme and how he uses his knowledge at the time of placement interviews. However, for more detailed information on placement and packages of particular University you have to contact the University directly.
Few of the Government Universities which you can check in UP are:
Kanpur University
Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth
M. J. P. Rohilkhand University
Uttar Pradesh Technical University
Purvanchal University

ok Mr. tomar if u want to do BED then u can go with some university who offers BED course In India like IGNOU etc in distance mode. I think as u r belongs to Defeence u can choose this option if u r Graduate. Thnx.

For IAS exam age must be less than or equal to 30yrs for general category and for others as per govt rules. EQ for Ias IS just Graduate in any discipline. 4 chances for general, 7 chances for OBC and unlimited for others category. I think this is enough for ur Questions.

As you have got a very low score it would be really difficult to get any decent Schools with this score so, I would suggest you to reappear for the examination. or else look for some private institutions who take there own entrances or take direct admissions.
