Job opportunities for MCA graduates are really good in the IT sector now as MCA has a wide variety of applications and its scope in India is also really good because India is moving towards development in IT sector and Indian IT industry prefer B.Tech CSE and MCA for application development and maintenance roles. You can pursue PGDM/MBA after BCA for sure but choose a country as per your financial, cultural preference and ROI. It is better to have some work experience before applying to universities abroad. You need to appear for GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS to get into the universities in USA, UK, etc.
