It is absolutely up to you which stream you wish to choose. All streams are different and have their own positives and negatives. If you have a specific interest in any field, choose that field without any doubt. If you don't, and you just want a good package once you leave college, then definitely computer science is the one for you.
That been said, all of this also depends on what BITSAT score you get. Try to score high so that you have quite a lot options to choose from.
