UK is perhaps the best destination for students from India to pursue their Masters. Even the test for English is also waived off for many students from India. There are special counselling agencies in Delhi and big cities which offer advice about different aspects of studying / scholarships / living / post study work permit, etc. I will advise you to contact them further for detailed information.

As you have completed B.Tech in 2014 and if you start your further education now and complete it in 2020, your age will be around 28. You may face challenges in getting a job as a fresher because of age, but if your score well, any recruiter may give you an exception on age criteria.

In my view, Engineering is a better option and you will get numerous opportunities after Engineering. As you have completed diploma in CSE, then B.Tech/B.E. in CSE is a better option and in-line with your studies. There many local and MNC IT industries recruit engineering graduates in large number. Going forward technology is changing rapidly and computer engineers will be in great demand.

According to the BCI's revised age bar policy, the candidates below 30 years of age (as on the date of admission) will be considered eligible for pursuing three year LLB program from state law colleges of Maharashtra. Candidates belonging to OBC, SC, and ST categories from Maharashtra state are given a relaxation of five years, i.e., the age cap for them is 35 years as on the date of admission. You are not eligible to pursue law, if you are from a general category candidate.
