Hi Twinkle, the work should be original and it can be anything related to the subject. Add things that you have developed by using graphic designing. you would have done some lab courses while studying graphic designing at UG level, you can inspiration from those but do not copy.
Put the work together in a CD and attach it along with your application.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (d 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
