Hi Samay,
The eligibility to sit for MBA Entrance Examination is a graduation degree from a UGC recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks, so if you fulfill the above mentioned criteria you definitely can go ahead and appear for various Entrances.
However, if you talk about getting admission, the preference is given to students with regular degree but if you are an exceptional student with high Entrance score I don't see the reason why you would not be accepted.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a "best answer" or pressing

Hi Shramana,
The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your course stream is your own interests and career aspirations. If you are sure that you want to get into Management field then you can opt for BBA and then later do your MBA from a decent full time B-School which will fetch you good job opportunities. However, you can opt for B.Com and then go for M.Com if your interest lies in banking & finance sector. You can also get into the accounting department of various companies. You can also opt for MBA even after graduation in commerce
I would like to add here that whether you choose BBA or B.Com, it would be

Hi, If you are appearing for the first time and you are very keen on becoming a doctor, then you should definitely go for it. Assuming that you will not qualify the entrance test, then you can go for long term coaching/prepare for the next year exam. But , to be on the safe side as soon as the admission process begins, i suggest you to enroll in graduation in a college which is okay kind of one, attend some classes and practicals.Give the exam in languages and practicals. That will help you in case things go wrong the second time too( Though i hope and pray that it shouldn't)
All the very best,
may you be successful in your first go its

It depends on your interest and I think MBA would be better since its only for 2 years and MCA is for almost 3 years and the qualification is considered as good and BE (Computer Science)
So please do not get into MCA.

Hi Vijay, To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. Also, include how you will progress during the research and the duration you might need to achieve the milestones you have set. If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get

Hi Santosh,
As Shiksha, is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion about ant two specific Institutes. However, XIMB Institute is one of the good Management Institutes. I would like to add here that as AICTE is coming up with some ruling under which there will be no part time programmes conducted by the AICTE approved Institutes, so I would suggest you to check for further details with the Institute before enrolling. However, one good option could be FMS as well which comes under Delhi University and is a UGC recognized programme.
Hope this will be of help. F
