Hi Mahesh, you can definitely go to UK if you have completed your course. If you have failed an entire year, this may not be acceptable by certain universities but some may take you. To go to USA it is preferable that you have at least 2 yrs work ex and GMAT. In UK you need to have min 60% average in UG and IELTS of min 6.5.
