Yes, you can get admission in a B-School if you have already completed your undergraduation or will complete your undergraduation by the the time you join the college. You would need to take XAT and get a percentile of more than 90 to get an interview shortlist, the interview scores depend on your performace on the day.

Dheeraj, If you are confused about careers after graduation, there are a few ways to approach this. If you are very good with maths and programming, opt for Computers (BTech or BCA). I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming.
