Hello dhruvi,
The difference lies between the subjects that would be taught in the first 2 years. You would study the same subjects of law throughout, along with the other course- BBA or B.Com. But because LL.B. Needs you to be a graduate, hence they would teach you subjects in the first two years, along with law. You can download the syllabus of the courses from the university website you want to take admission into.
All the best.

Okay Priyanshu, I can understand your situation you have two options:-
1. In my view, it is better to improve your class 12th percentage, if your results are good enough. If you are confident to improve your marks, you can drop a year.
2. Other option, is you can take proper guidance for both the exams, like studying for JEE, covers also the portion of class 12th.

There are many good MBA colleges in Bangalore like Christ university, Alliance, SP Jain and Acharya. If you have above 600 in MAT, you can try for Christ University. If that is not the case apply for SP Jain and Alliance. Chances of getting admissions are high in this colleges And their reputation is high. Symbiosis would good option if you are looking in Pune. But, they have their separate exams for the admission and the admissions are closed. Symbiosis exams mostly happens in all November. If you are ready for other than Bangalore and Pune, Manipal University is also a great option for MBA.
