General - 81
OBC - 49
SC - 32
ST - 27
As have gotten 43 marks in JEE Mains , so if you are under anyone of the above mentioned categories except general and OBC , you can easily get admission in government.college in madhya pradesh for CS branch. Here are some government.engineering.colleges in madhya pradesh where you can try -

Hello, TOEFL or IELTS are English language requirement test and very much required. However universities can waiver it off if you have a really strong profile and no requirement of an additional English test for you.You need to confirm with the universities for the same. I hope you are aware that SAT is mainly required to study in US, few universities in Singapore too requires.
