In Delhi University itself there are a number of colleges and courses which do not require maths as a compulsory subject at the plus 2 level. A lot of them, however, require the same as a prerequisite.

For getting admission into MBBS in government medical colleges through All India Quota, your score should be less than 500 in general category. For reserved category, this should be 400.

For your question, I would like to mention here the cutoff of JEE Mains score for all categories :-
General - 81
OBC - 49
SC - 32
ST - 27
As have gotten 43 marks in JEE Mains , so if you are under anyone of the above mentioned categories except general and OBC , you can easily get admission in government.college in madhya pradesh for CS branch. Here are some government.engineering.colleges in madhya pradesh where you can try -
Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal
Jabalpur Engineering College, Jabalpur
University Institute of Technology Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalay, Bhopal

This year in IPU common entrance test nearly 80,000 students were appeared for B.Tech. There's a huge crowd looking for B.Tech as it is most pronounceable course among youngsters. Hello, TOEFL or IELTS are English language requirement test and very much required. However universities can waiver it off if you have a really strong profile and no requirement of an additional English test for you.You need to confirm with the universities for the same. I hope you are aware that SAT is mainly required to study in US, few universities in Singapore too requires.
