The eligibility criteria for admission in BBA is passed in 10+2 examination recognized by a Board / University / 3 years professional diploma programme of HSBTE equivalent with at least 45% marks. You can apply directly for the admission on the basis of your 12th percentage. The last date for admission is 31st July 2018.

The cut off for BMS in Jai Hind College is too high.
With 81.2% marks, it is difficult to say.
But, you can keep checking with the colleges merit list, as many colleges display 4th and 5th merit list as well.

There are many courses related to commerce stream after 12th. You can pursue courses like B.Com, CA, CFA, BBA, CFP, etc. Pursuing Master's degree in one will also lead you to become a lecturer or researcher through UGC NET exam. You can also take various government exams after class 12th like SSC CHSL, SSC LDC, RRB exams and various other state and central level exams. So, do not worry about your career.
