As shiksha is an education portal which guide students in choosing their career and education related options, it would not be possible for us to advice you about the kind of jobs you can get after the Diploma in Electronic Engineering. However, with a diploma generally you would be able to get Entry level jobs, to get a good career growth I would suggest you to complete your Engineering through a lateral Entry programme.
I would also suggest you to upload your resume on various job portals to get jobs after your Diploma and keep checking the Employment news on daily basis to know about the public sector job opportunities.

HI Chandra, you may have to reappear for IELTS as the requirements for some of the Masters courses in Business is 6.5.
Also, couldn't find a retail management course for you but a course on the similar lines like Master of science in supply Chain Management and Purchasing may interest you which is offered by ESC Lille - Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Lille (www.esc-lille.eu)

Hi Abdul, in that case it may not be possible to go in this intake. As july has already begun and if you won't even have admission it is highly impossible to go now. The visa takes longer than the admission process. And it will not be possible to have either admission or visa without having written IELTS.
