Hi Ravinder, To be eligible for either of the three courses the minimum eligibility required is a graduate degree and for M.Sc it is a B.Sc degree that is required. Depending on your career interests you may decide to which one of the three courses would be the best options to pursue. If you are inclined towards more in to the technical field then based on the provided options, you can opt for the MCA course. But if you are keen to pursue a career in academics or research then you may opt for the M.Sc course in either of the two specializations - Computer Science or IT. Both the specializations are good but differ from one another, in fact IT is a sub part of Computer Science. In germany all Masters degree is for 2 year duration . For admission to Masters degree in mechanical engineering, you need to fill application form of the concern university(Form can be down loaded from University website),along with that you need to submit all academics, 2 Recommendation letters from teacher/lecturer(lor) & Statement of Purpose(SOP) & need to submit it to International office of concern University. As a internatinal student you need to submit these documents transcript of records of bachelors degree or equivalent (officially authenticated copy), curriculum vitae, motivational letter, passport-size photo, health insurance, proof of german language proficiency etc.Also for international students TOEFL is required.You will get a checklist of the required documents after completing the online application.
You can try MS in Mechanical in these German universities :- 1. University of Applied Sciences Esslingen,
2. University of Siegen,
3. RWTH Aachen University,
4. Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences,
5. University of Duisburg-Essen etc.

In Germany most of the international programs are taught in english language however in some universities program are taught in english and german language both so knowledge of german language is also desirable.
If you are interested in doing Automotive engineering from germany then you have these options :-1. Hi,
First advice which I would give you is that if you are a fresher and looking for a career in Management then you should opt for a regular MBA and not correspondence or part time program as the regular MBA not only gives you the right exposure but also have a good standing in job market.
As far as MBA in IT is concerend you are on pretty right track, MBA in IT is not completely an IT focused program rather it is a program which teaches students to interface their IT knowledge with Mangement. Although, you don't require IT background to join this program but it would be helpful if you have some background in IT to get the complete understanding of the program & I think the program you are doing will give you that exposure.

IGNOU is one of the most reputed Open Universities in India offering various courses at Bachelors and Masters level. If you are keen to pursue MBA from this University, you would require to qualify OPEN MAT which is conducted by the University twice a year.
