Dear Ambik,
Albeit, i would suggest you to for regular MCA, as that's always recommended but if you don't have option to pursue the regular degree, you can surely opt for degree from distance.
Also as you don't have much experience in IT industry yet, any IT company including the one you currently work for, will certainly value the PG degree as syllabus is almost kept the same to regular courses.

The entry requirement for getting admission in MBA in UK is :- Bachelors degree from a recognized university , Non UK degrees should be first class degrees & at least 3 yrs in duration , Applicants with relevent management exp may be considered with an appropriate professional qualifications and/or second class bachelors degree.
