You have not mentioned whether you are doing your EMBA through distance education or regular. Kuvempu Univesity is a UGC & DEC recognised Univesity. However, EMBA program is for professionals with long working experience. Secondly, a Management degree through distance learning would not hold great propects in the job market, it can be helpful incase you are looking for threotical Knwoledge or looking for a growth in the company you are currently working.

Although you can opt for the B.Com through SOL, University of Delhi; but then as you have gap of about 4-5 years, because of which I doubt your registration might have got expired hence you will have to re-register and would require to start the course a fresh. Although there is no harm in enhancing your educational qualification, but there is no such thing that if you do BBA it would not be beneficial, in fact BBA will make a base for your MBA.
Secondly, I would say not to be a jack of all Master of none, whatever you do focus on one thing at a time. For CAT you need to get 50% + in your grdaution and most of the good B School would require 50% or better scores, so focus on your graduation, as you are already doing two course simultaneously you should not overburden yourself.

You can definitely move ahead with job in IBM on profile of tech support, as it will help you financially, i now know about your details in the mail you left to me on shiksha.
Also i hope you prepare well for CCNA and get the certification soon. One more thing, while going for CCNA course, do look out for the practical lab set up of the concerned institute, as in CCNA exam theoretical aspect matters less compared to the real working on Cisco routers, etc.
Best of luck !

Though this 7 years thing isn't good but it doesn't mean that you have no options left in your career. All you need now is some good hard work & self-confidence.
Coming to that gap thing of 7 years, if you clear through any of SCJP exam by Sun / Oracle DB course, CCNA/CCNP/MCSE certification, these will get you a decent job in IT market regardless of that gap. And once you will have 1-2 years of experience, this 7 years thing will no longer be a worry, as you will get your future jobs based on your experience then.
But still as i said before you will need some good hard work now, and i hope now you will excel with sincerity.
