The eligibilty criterion which I presume here you are asking for JRE PGDM Group of institutions is simple. Since its affilitted to AICTE, you are bound to atleast secure 50% graduation percentage along with a valid CAT/MAT/XAT score which is accepted.
Following which you would be asked to come for GD/PI and based on all the metrics like X,XII, graduation %, MAT score, Gd/PI score and extracurricualrs will the admission and scholarship be decided.
If you are asking about The BTech Program, a Valid score like that in AIEEE along with your 12th percentage will determine your eligibilty and a merit in these exams your selection.

At JRE group of Institutions the focus is laid on the Learning and not cramming, learning through case studies, industry visits etc that is why practical and hands on learning, industry training, entrepreneurship development sessions form an integral part of the academics here. You have a decent MAT score and i am sure that you will get a good business school. For deciding the best college you should always try to visit the college to see and rate the college on the following criterion.
1. The Brand name behind college.
2. The academicians and the faculty in general
3. The Placements in general
I can only take my example here. I am a student at the Educomp(India's leading educational company) MBA Institute. Educomp backs JRE group of institutes which also has academia from IIM-a or have been industry stalwarts. I First of All we ave a lot of international faculty like from Raffles Singapore which is worldwide renowned.
I have secured my summer placements with Nomura which a World's leading investment bank and all of our batch was placed last year because the placements team are from the IIM's.
For you to try, a good option could be JRE group of institutions by Educomp. If you have taken MAT/CAT exam, you would be eligible for that.

Eligibility Criteria
Every candidate seeking admission should have passed a bachelors degree examination of at least 3 years duration with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. Relaxation on this criterion may be made for those who scored more than 55% marks in aggregate in their post graduate degree or at least 60% in a Diploma in Personnel Management, Diploma in Management, Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Diploma in Administrative Management of the Delhi University conducted by the Faculty prior to the implementation of this particular scheme.
Candidates should have at least three years experience as an executive or an administrator in a commercial, industrial or government establishment after passing the Bachelors Degree Examination.
Three years Full-Time experience shall be determined as on 1st August of the year of admission.
Candidates must be sponsored by his/her present employer.
the last line clearly says that one should be company sponsored and hence employed.
