There are not many options to pursue Bachelors in engineering through the part time mode also it is not the advised mode of study as well. Yet if you are keen to pursue B.tech then you may opt for the program offered by IGNOU as the admission is on the basis of the eligibility which is 12th in science +maths stream.

Although SAP is a course which gives you high return on investment but, I would suggest that which ever course you choose to do in SAP please do it through the authroised centres of SAP and not from any local Institute. As that would have a great value in the Job Market.

Aeronautical engineering involves a lot of practical understanding and not just the theory and this cannot be attained through the distance/ part time mode of education. It would be better if you plan to pursue this course through the regular mode and for this you would require to qualify an entrance like GATE or other institute specific.
