I would like to suggest you that first you need to have clarity on what you want to do after B.D.S as traditionally the next step after B.D.S would be M.D.S. Now it will completely depends on you that what are your Interesrs & career aspirations. So, first step for you would be make a choice of your career according to your interests and then decide on the path you want to take for that.

If you are an Indian student then GRE is must in order to take admission in german universities especially for engineering programs however IELTS is required when program is taught in english . At RWTH Aachen University MSc in Electrical Power Engineering is a two yrs program and taught in english or german language. Course fees is very nominal usually 500 euro per semester but i suggest you to kindly contact the international office for exact details.

To pursue M.Sc in Maths from the IITs you require to be a B.Sc graduate in the similar subject and also would require to qualify an entrance, JAM conducted by the IITs.
There are many other institutes in India which offers M.Sc in Maths and the eligibility/ Admission criteria may differ from one institute to another:
