Dear Krishna,
JRN University is not valid for any technical program through Distance Learning.
Due to low quality and inappropriate methods of passing students , It is already in black list of Govt.
you should try some other finest Universities like
SMU, Annamalai University, University of madras etc

Dear Ankit ,you are trying to be jack of all trade , master of none.
It is virtually possible to do AMIE (ET) and MBA simultaneously, but practically it is impossible cause AMIE is tough to clear and even 90% students quit it midway and you want to study it with MBA and that too from IIM .
MBA from IIM is also not easy task , as you know IIM is best Institute for magt and there is lots of course work , Assignment, presentation and case studies etc which will engulf your most of time after your regular college .So there will be no time to study AMIE.
So either you will left AMIE midway or it will hamper your IIM studies.
you should keep in
