As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue MS degree from universities in US so regarding this please remember the history of backlogs would not affect your chances of getting admission in American universities as long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission, however please make sure that by the time you apply for admission you must have cleared all your backlogs.

Dear Yashpal,if your degree is recognised then you can get admission to regular program also.
If the degree is recognised by UGC+DEC then it is valid for jobs and higher studies all over India.
