I would assume that you want to become an Income Tax officer in Central Board of Direct Taxes(CBDT) department. I am giving you the details:-
Eligibility Criteria for SSC-CGL examination for the post of Income Tax Officer:-
# You need to be a citizen of India.
# You need to be a graduate in any discipline of your choice from a recognized university.
# Your age should not be less than 18 years when applying for this exam. For general category candidates the upper age limit is 27 years.
# The upper age limit is relaxed for the following categories:-
~SC/ST Candidates: 5 yrs.
~OBC Candidates: 3 yrs.
~PWD Candidates: 10 yrs.
# Following are the stages or hurdles you have to go through:-
Preliminary Examination
Main Examination
Personality Test
# Subject Areas of Prelim Exam:-
1. General Intelligence and General Awareness- 100 marks (2 hours)
2. Arithmetic- 100 marks (2 hours)
# Subject Areas of Main Exam:-
1. General Studies- 200 marks (3 hours)
2. English- 100 marks (2 hours 20 mins)
3. Arithmetic- 200 marks (4 hours)

As per SSC notification candidates are to apply through on line, notification appears in the Month of Jan/Feb every year.

Yes you may surely pursue MBA from Australia provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria for the same.
Please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Australia, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

To get admission in MD in Pathology, you need to pursue MBBS from a reputed and recognized medical college. Further you may opt for specialization (Pathology) at master's level (MD).
Else, you may directly choose Pathology at an undergraduate level. For that, you need to pass 12th in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with minimum 60%.
