Overall, in order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in Australia you need to be 12th pass from recognized education board with good academic record preferably 70%-80% plus.
Besides good academics you also need to take IELTS test to prove your english language proficiency.
The average tuition fee to pursue studies from university in Australia is AUD21,000 - AUD29,000, the average living cost in Australia is 12,000 - 13,000 Australian Dollars per annum, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA. Because knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After that u opt Oracle DBA So that u can become System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin or Database Admin as well.
The combination of RHCE+CCNA+DBA will be good. After completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
