US does not recognize a dental degree from India. The person must complete DDS from USA and be licensed through one of the boards (eastern, california, etc.) to be able to practice .Colleges which offer Advanced Standing Program (DDS/DMD) to foreign trained dentists require at least NDEB Part I. Most of the dental schools which offer this program require at least 83%.Foreign dental students can get into the Advanced Placement program of DDS wherein they join in the 2nd year of the program.
Typically, yearly expenses are in the range of US $ 80,000 to one lakh dollar. So, a two year program will cost US $1,60,000 to US $200,000.
In order to practice as dentist in UK, you need to clear ORE (overseas qualified exam).
The ORE is an exam that overseas qualified dentists have to pass in order to register with the GDC. Registration allows dentists to practice dentistry in the UK.
The ORE tests the clinical skills and knowledge of dentists from outside the European Economic Area whose qualifications are not eligible for full registration with the GDC in UK.

For admissions into UK Universities, the entry requirements are common across all the universities.
For a UG Course, the requirement states that you should be a first class 12th
for a PG Course, the requirement states that you should have a first class graduation or atleast a higher second class graduation. For an MBA program specifically the entry requirement has an additional requirement of having atleast 2 - 3 Yrs of managerail experience. Together with the above mentioned details, you also need a certified English Language Certificate like IELTS/TOEFL/PTE Academic/BEc etc. For this you should have the equivalent of CEFR B2 level.
Now there are institutions in India also which give you twining rograms. Half the courese in India and the last half in the UK University direct.
