As you are pursuing MBA in India, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years and gain relevant work experience and after that you can pursue Executive MBA or Msc management in Canada.
As you have VISA has been rejected twice in the past, you should make sure that this time when you apply, you profile should be very strong.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
An average tuition fee at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year. the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Hi Shraddha, to take-up a management course from IGNOU, you have to first clear the Open Management Admission Test or OPENMAT, which is the common test to select candidates for all management courses in INGOU.
You have to prepare for it in the same way as you prepare for any other MBA entrance test. You must keep in mind that clearing the main written test is not your only objective. You need to clear the group discussion and the interview as well and for that you need to :-
-Get hold of the study material. Find out various books that will help you to study, surf the net.
-Take-up mock test to see the level of your preparation. Note down the mistakes and try not to repeat them. Note down your weak areas and try to strengthen them.
-When the exam starts, try to read all the questions carefully. Make your best effort to answer all the questions.
-Don't be over anxious during the paper. This may break your concentration and you may fail to do what was otherwise very easy for you.
