Relaxation of 5% is granted to candidates from SC/ST category.
M.Sc (medical biotechnology) follows a different process wherein admission is done through JNU CEEB.
For the rest of the courses, the university conducts the entrance test. There's a common entrance test for all the M.Sc courses conducted by the science department except M.Sc forensic science.

You can't say which is a better branch between these two because all in all, both have similar syllabus and course structure. Practically, aeronautical is the name of the course and aerospace is the name of the industry. Go for the one in which you interest is.

Yes in US, GRE scores are accepted instead of GMAT. Always check university's website before applying. In India, a wide range of B-Schools like ISB, etc. accepts it.
