As per your query pursuing MBA in retail management would be the best option for you.
However, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after competing your engineering and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
-The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
- Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
As per your query regarding pursuing studies abroad, so as per your profile you may consider pursuing:
1. MS degree.
2. MBA.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.

Candidate must be an Indian candidate or a subject of Nepalor Bhutanor a Tibetan refugee came before 1st January 1962.
Candidate should have born between 02-07-1993 and 01-01-1996 is acceptable.
Candidate must be an unmarried male candidate.
Candidate applying for air wing should pass in 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination from any state or national board.
Candidates applying for air wing and national wing and 10+2 cadet entry scheme at Indian Naval Academy should have cleared 10+2 examination.
Candidate must also clear physical test before recruiting into national academy.
This is the eligibility criteria to become an army officer.
