The process is usually online and you need to decide what to study, check the program specific admission requirements and prepare. International applicants must take IELTS or TOEFL. You must also submit your SOP, LOR, marksheets, etc and application fee too. Firstly, check the eligibility on university websites. A first class is recommended.

It's a good program for people having IT background and interested in management work. This program is suitable for aspiring IT analysts, management analysts and project managers. Don't keep high hopes of job in US, until and unless you have extraordinary skills you will have a tough time getting a job. You can check opportunities in Europe and Asia.
