Animation being a huge career domain has a lot offer and being a 11th grader, I would suggest you to concentrate on your education as of now and complete your schooling with good percentage. However, as you have some some idea about Animation and if you are keen to pursue the same as a career option, there are many Colleges/ Institutes which are offering bachelor courses. Although, there are institutes which give direct admissions but they do not publish such an information and generally the direct admission is possible only in private institutes, so check with the private Institutes like Amity, IIPM, LPU, Skyline etc.

I would suggest that if you are really looking for good returns on your Education Investment then go for a regular MBA programme as you have good 12 years of work experience you can also plan your EMBA through, IIMs or ISB etc. as MBA through correspondence is good only if you are looking for a growth in your current organization only.
Another good option for you could be SAP SD programme as SAP also in great demand now adays.

Advisable is that you should opt for a full time program from a decent B-School, as it not only gives you good amount of practical exposure but also helps you in getting much better job opportunities than correspondence program, especially if you are a fresher.
As far as your MBA specialization is concerned although, you can go for dual specialization but there are not many Universities which give dual specialization so better would be that you go for MBA in HR as your passion lies in this field you would be able to excel in it better. As MBA IT is still a budding specialization there wont b many Universities giving this spe
