Hi Gaurav,
As you have already had Engineering and a Management degree, I don't see any reason why you should be so upset with yourself and your career. Operations is such a vast field that if you have not get success in one sector you can try with various other sectors say, retail, IT, logistics etc.
Although EMBA is also a good option but not at this stage as you are still too young in the industry with just two years of work experience. Moreover, most of the good B-Schools would require more than 5 years of work experience for their EMBA programme. In case you are too keen to do a course look for SAP certification which may help you

A two
year PGDM is equivalent to MBA.All autonomous/private universities in India
cannot award MBA & they should award a PGDM (IIMs also confer PGDM for those
joining PGP).MBA is awarded by Indian Universities recognized by UGC & who are
members of Association of Indian Universities.
Autonomous educational bodies
cannot use the term MBA & they normally have to mention 2 years PGDM (being
equivalent to MBA). A one year PGDM programme is not equivalent to
MBA.
Educational standards are assumed to be of higher order with those
offering MBA / PGDM

There is no such authentic list of institutes that i can give you. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Now shortlist some you want to visit. Do not hesitate to travel - this is about your life and career. After visiting those take a decision for yourself. Even if you have to travel to timbuctoo or chandigarh for that matter, it is important for your

Hi Deboshree,
If you want to complete your graduation from the same college then generally you can take 6 years to complete your graduation. However, as your case is a bit different you may have to take readmission once you are back.
I would also agree with what the experts have mentioned above that you should consult the University Officials and discuss the issue with them.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a “best answer” or pressing the “thumbs up” icon.

Pooja

Dual specialization is not that easy and many business organization do not prefer it on grounds that the candidate can slip out in other arena at any time, or may be not able to focus rightly on one aspect of job. Dual specialization is good only when you are in some job and it is the job requirement or the need of the employers that you do it to handle larger set of responsibilities.
