As education in Germany is Government funded, you might have to give a minimal fee of 140-500 euros.

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree.
Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.
